I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
I had zero desire to blog yesterday, so I skipped out on the post but I made sure to hit the mat. I don’t even think that I could bring myself to miss a day of yoga right now, honestly. I feel too invested. Instead of thinking, “Let me go do this yoga,” I’ve been thinking, “I have to do yoga today.” That’s exactly how I approached going to the gym when I was working out regularly in undergrad. Sophomore and senior year? Ya girl was looking riiiggght. 😜 Anyways, day 15 and day 16 are approaching.
