I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
Ya girl did not have the balance for Tree Pose today but I did what I could in five-second intervals. 🤷🏾♀️ I surprised myself twice during today’s session by opting to go straight into Downward Dog, instead of easing into it from Baby Cobra. (I hope I got all of that shit right because I really don’t feel like Googling “Yoga pose names.”) Anyways, I’m hyped about it because it means my arms are getting stronger. 😝
