I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
It’s day seven, which means I’ve been at this for an entire week now. While I’m happy to have a week in the books, I have to be honest and say, ya girl was not in the mood for yoga. I got caught up watching Avengers: End Game and before I knew it, it was 11:40 p.m. and my eyes were feeling heavy.
I don’t know if I’m imagining this or not but I feel like my body is getting stronger. My arms almost lasted the entire session and I had less trouble balancing myself (and transitioning through poses). I’m excited to see how my body changes over the next few weeks. Now would actually be the perfect time to take “before” pics. Let me go do that before I forget.
