I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
Day three? Complete! Besides my arms surrendering during Downward Dog (again) and my left booty cheek cramping up while I exited Warrior Two, it was a relaxing session. I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it to this one because my body did NOT feel like showing up. My mind had other plans, though. I guess my mind is beginning to get used to this routine.
