I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
Despite a few technical difficulties (my raggedy Internet) and my body being a little sore from yesterday’s stretch, I made it through today’s session and I’m feeling good. My weak arms gave in twice during Downward Dog but I paced myself and kept moving. One thing I always struggle with while doing yoga is taking pressure off of my wrists. What the heck does Adriene mean when she says “Claw through your nails” after reminding us to take the pressure off of our wrists? What does that look like? Also, I wish the camera would cut to her opposite side every now and then to show poses from different angles. That would really give me a better sense of how to position my body. I guess I could just Google that though, huh?
Welp, until tomorrow! 😘
