I have been trying to complete Yoga With Adriene’s “30 Day Yoga Challenge” for the past three years and I always fall off at Day 15 or Day 16 but I’m making it to day 30, this year. I figure the best way to hold myself accountable is to write daily posts about it, so here’s today’s post!
Today’s session was a slow one. It focused on deep stretches and breathing; breathing in sync with movements and using deep breathes to relax muscles. I’m always amazed by how high my shoulders are sitting up when I take a deep breathe to relax them. Like, are my shoulders always sitting up there? Anyways, it was a great session. The only thing that gave me trouble was sitting with my legs crossed. I had to stretch and switch positions each time we entered that pose because my ankles were not having it! 🥴
