30-Day Yoga Challenge | Day 20

It’s a new year, a new day, and a new 30-day yoga challenge by Yoga With Adriene is here. I’ve tried to complete Adriene’s challenges several times over the years but last year was my first time actually succeeding. Blogging about it each day REALY helped me hold myself accountable, so we’re doing that again. Welcome to the new challenge, y’all! (I’m amped.) Oh, I got a little crafty and created several graphics to accompany the posts — juu liiike it? The illustration is based off of lerarelart’s on 123rf.com.

I’m currently watching “The Morning Show” on Apple TV (yea, I’m just running through these shows) and Alex Levy’s, played by Jennifer Aniston, inability to take responsibility for her actions is infuriating. Like, girl, ya attitude is shit and it’s been shit for a while (learn how to apologize to people). She just always looks so confused when people point out one of her flaws. Does she really not see them?!

In season one, she was a complete diva whose nose was turnt so high up that she couldn’t even see other people. In season two, humbling experiences forced her to be on eye-level with people but she still doesn’t seem to see anyone but herself. It’s mad annoying. The conversation that she had with Laura Peterson, played by Julianna Margulies, sent me over the edge. I couldn’t believe how oblivious she was. Talking about Laura needed space when she was outed by her and being ostracized. Umm… If this is your friend and you know she’s going through shit, why wouldn’t be present? Space would be the last thing that I would give a friend going through that. Also, who told you that she needed space? *Sigh* I’m on the second to last episode, so maybe she’ll come around before I get to the end. We’ll see.
