It’s a new year, a new day, and a new 30-day yoga challenge by Yoga With Adriene is here. I’ve tried to complete Adriene’s challenges several times over the years but last year was my first time actually succeeding. Blogging about it each day REALY helped me hold myself accountable, so we’re doing that again. Welcome to the new challenge, y’all! (I’m amped.) Today was such a busy day: I started a new job, had a bunch of things to review/edit for the organization that I volunteer with, and I made some chili. If I didn’t look at my workout mat, I would have forgotten all about this challenge. Anyways, it was a good session. Though my arms didn’t struggle as much as they did yesterday, today’s session felt more like a workout (ya girl sweated). I feel like we held the poses longer, so that’s probably why. Whatever the reason, I’m going to sleep well tonight because of it.
