It’s a new year, a new day, and a new 30-day yoga challenge by Yoga With Adriene is here. I’ve tried to complete Adriene’s challenges several times over the years but last year was my first time actually succeeding. Blogging about it each day REALY helped me hold myself accountable, so we’re doing that again. Welcome to the new challenge, y’all! (I’m amped.) My arms were not happy today. I did a full body workout before yoga, so my Planks and Downward-Facing Dogs were a bit shaky (I even collapsed a few times). I’m counting today as a win though because I pushed through. My favorite part of the session was probably the Three-Legged Dog poses. Yea, I know that’s odd to say since I just mentioned how shaky my tired arms were, but there’s something about that pose that I enjoy. I don’t know what it is. 🤷🏾♀️
